Terms of Service
- By using this website, requesting an estimate, approving a quote, or receiving services, you agree to these terms.
- We perform local property services; no physical goods are shipped through this website.
- Payment, cancellation, correction, and refund terms are stated clearly below and in our linked policies.
- These terms are governed by Wyoming law unless another written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptance
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and QUIET DRAGON LLC (“QUIET DRAGON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you visit quietlawncaredragon.com, submit an estimate request, approve a quote, schedule service, make a payment, or otherwise interact with us.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to approve services or make payments. If you act for a business, HOA, landlord, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
QUIET DRAGON provides lawn care, landscape maintenance, fertilization and weed control coordination, aeration and overseeding, seasonal cleanups, irrigation and sprinkler support, snow and ice management, and related property services. The exact work, location, schedule, and price are set out in the estimate, invoice, service plan, or written agreement you approve.
Our website describes typical services and starting prices. Website descriptions are not a guarantee that every service is available for every property or season.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time, including property size, service type, terrain, access, photos, walkthrough observations, and requested frequency. If property conditions are materially different from what was described, we may revise the estimate before work begins.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless the estimate states a different period. Taxes, disposal fees, material costs, special equipment, or permit-related costs may be added when applicable and will be disclosed before the work is performed when reasonably possible.
Scheduling and access
Service dates are scheduled based on route availability, weather, safety, turf health, and seasonal demand. Weather, frozen ground, drought restrictions, smoke, excessive wind, equipment issues, emergencies, or unsafe conditions may require us to delay or reschedule service.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property. Please unlock gates, secure pets, remove toys and debris, and identify hidden hazards such as sprinkler heads, invisible fence wires, low cables, fragile plantings, drainage covers, or underground features. We are not responsible for damage to concealed, unmarked, or pre-existing conditions that we could not reasonably detect.
Payment terms
Payment is due according to the estimate, invoice, service plan, or written agreement. One-time services are generally due upon completion. Recurring services may be billed per visit, monthly, seasonally, or as otherwise agreed.
We may accept cards, bank payments, checks, or other payment methods we make available. Electronic payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment providers to charge approved amounts for services, taxes, fees, and authorized recurring plans.
Past-due balances may result in paused service, collection activity, late fees where allowed by law, and recovery of reasonable costs incurred to collect unpaid amounts.
Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation, refund, and service correction terms are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, we do not refund completed services because labor, route time, and materials cannot be returned, but we will return to correct eligible service issues reported promptly.
Prepaid amounts for services not yet performed may be refundable as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to deductions for completed work, purchased materials, trip fees, or non-refundable seasonal retainers where disclosed.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about QUIET DRAGON, requesting estimates, contacting us, or managing service inquiries. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, scrape the site at scale, or use our name, branding, copy, images, or designs without permission.
All site content, branding, layout, text, and design elements are owned by QUIET DRAGON or the parties credited for specific assets. We give you limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and use the site for its intended purpose.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the website or requesting services, you acknowledge those policies.
Disclaimers and limitations
We work carefully, but property services are affected by weather, soil, irrigation, weeds, pests, disease, customer watering practices, existing turf condition, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular agronomic result unless a specific written guarantee applies.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for delays caused by weather, unsafe conditions, supply interruptions, labor shortages, government action, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from your misuse of the website, false information you provide, unsafe or undisclosed property conditions, violation of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
Disputes
If a concern comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Most service issues can be handled quickly through communication and, where appropriate, a return visit.
These terms and any dispute related to them, the website, or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes will apply going forward and will not reduce your rights for services already completed unless allowed by law or agreed in writing.
